Text Back & Ring Back Through FutureTaxi, Marandy provides the facilities you need to offer your customer a first class service. Ring Back The FutureTaxi Ring Back system can automatically phone the customer to inform them that their taxi has arrived, so their would be no need for drivers to leave their vehicles. It is designed to help you provide a more professional service to your customers, speed up your operation and improve safety for both the driver and customer. When a driver arrives at the pickup address, he presses the ‘Ring Back’ button on his MDT. The system then sends a message to a computer in the office which them calls the customer. The computer will automatically terminate the call after one or two rings. The driver is then informed that the ring back request was successful. Text Back A newer addition to Ring Back, Text Back further enhances your customer service by sending a configurable text message to the customer informing them that their taxi has arrived. It even includes relevant details of the car and driver which increases service and security. Similar to Ring Back, when a driver arrives at the pickup address, he presses the ‘Arrived’ button, which then sends a message to a computer in the office which in turn sends a text message to the customer. Additionally, because the message is configurable, you can send promotional messages in the text or even recruitment adverts to help expand your fleet.
